Monday -Wednesday-Friday

user/bin/w00t, by Chaobell - Ever wonder what an asshat looks like? She shows us, along with life as a female tech, LARPing, and other joys.
The Whiteboard, by Doc Nickle - A comic wherein you don't notice the furriness of it all until they bring in humans. A bear running a paintball shop in Alaska. Gaming, guns, and a teleportation device for pizza.
Wapsi Square - Short girl with big boobs. What do I see in this? Hmmm.... ;D
Tweep.com, by Ben - A weblog with a comic. Or perhaps it's the other way around.
Psychic Dyslexia Institute, by Scix - A wonderful furry comic, wherein the furred people all have an individual psychic power. Sort of Xanth-cum-X-Men meets a really expansive petting zoo. :)
Daily
Shaw Island, by Zach Stroum - in his own words, Stupid Hamster comics. And I'm hard pressed to disagree! Monday-Friday.
Schlock Mercenary, by Howard Taylor - Military Humor, Evolved. Many years in the future, a mercenary company travels the universe wreaking havoc and getting their havoc wreaked.
Sinfest, by Tatsuya Ishida - God, the Devil, Slique, Monique, and more concentrated cool than you can shake a coolstick at.
Sluggy Freelance, by Pete Abrams - A bunny with a switchblade, and his hapless owner Torg (who always manages to come up smelling like roses), are just two of the hundreds of characters on interdimensional hijinks in one of the most popular and long-running comics on the web.
Something Positive, by R. K. Milholland - Offensive to everybody. Violent asian girls, sex-driven men, weird youth theatre, and a boneless cat. A must read, especially by people who take anything too seriously - if something in this comic pisses you off, you need to rethink your attitude toward it, for sure.
Real Life, by Greg Dean - Several geeks (and a girlfriend) living in a house in California, making trips to Fry's, secret bases out of nuclear silos, and a fortune for Pepsi. And they game. :D Weekdays.
pVp, by Scott Kurtz - The webcomic drawn by Scott Kurtz, one of the big kahunas of Keenspot. Jade here may be the only female character. (Not sure about Skull, the troll....)
Overdue Media, by Bill Barnes and Gene Aubaum - The inner workings of a public library, revealed! The day to day struggles of the librarians to gain funding, answer patrons' questions, and deal with each others' quirks.
Oh My Gods, by Shivian - Christians, pagans, reiki masters, cults..... feel the burn.
Bob N' Ed, by "Weird" Al Cooper - Obie Wan. Pissy Scottish cat. Miracles. Aliens. Vampires. And somewhere in there, the main characters find time to attend college.
College Roomates From Hell, by Maritza Campos - Wherein a Friends-like setup of three guys living across the hall from three girls rapidly devolved to including the Devil questing for one of the ladies, and two of the three guys mutating.

General Protection Fault, by Jeffrey T. Darlington - That there is Fred, the sentient slime mold. He thinks you should read GPF. So do I.

Kevin And Kell, by Bill Holbrook - Unbeknownst to many, the artist/creator of Safe Havens has been doing this online comic since 1997. It is good.
Sporadic/Other Schedule

Martin's Misdirection, by James Burks - Updated Tuesdays. The tales of an aspiring magician who wants to move out of the realm of kids' parties and into the world of Copperfield, and Thurston, his pimpdaddy talking rabbit.
Theater Hopper, by Tom Brazelton - Like movies? Tom does. A lot. Enough to make a comic about the good, the bad, and the stupid. And to dress up for movie premieres.
Sand & Stone - A goth and her bubbly boy pal stumble with a friend into a demon world through a portal in the kitchen, and bring the demons back with them. Fairly new, but shaping interestingly already.
Queen of Wands, by Aeire - This is what happens when girl meets boy, catches boy with other girl, goes off to make chick friend who subsequently marries initial boy, and they all decide to share an apartment.Updates somewhere between weekly and daily, depending on her schedule.
People for the Unethical Treatment of Fireflies, by Firefly - Makes fun of all stripes of paganism, knowledgably. Weekly.
Boxjam's Doodle, by Boxjam - He doodles about his life as Boxjam. This, for example, is Mina, exulting in the power of Yoi.

The Devil's Panties, by Jennie Breeden - Size matters. As does goth, feminism, stupid customers, and comics. Ms. Breeden also draws a SOLAR comic, Geebas On Parade. Both rock.

Friendly Hostility, by K. Sandra Fuhr - From the inimitable creator of the popular webcomic bMb comes this branching work of equal talent and character realism.
